Sales and Customer Service Representative in Brandon, MB (MTI)

As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be conducting sales calls, building connections with both new and existing customers. By embodying our company voice, you'll navigate our offerings and ensure each interaction leads to lasting relationships. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Engage potential customers by presenting products/services.

  • Leverage opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our diverse range of services.

  • Ensure products and services meet customer needs.

  • Arrange appointments for the installation of services.

  • Accurately record customer details.

Customer Service and Relationship Management

  • Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction through a constructive approach, and escalate when necessary.

  • Use the client's software efficiently to document customer interactions whenever necessary.

  • Adhere to company guidelines and standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Continuous Development

  • Embrace our culture of growth, tapping into resources and training to keep your skills sharp.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Stay updated on product offerings.

  • Regularly review and reflect on personal performance, setting goals for improvement.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in English.

  • Ability to multitask effectively.

  • Seamless transition between sales and service roles.

  • A proactive disposition with an innate drive to excel and achieve.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Familiarity or ability to quickly learn and utilize the client's software for documenting interactions.

  • A proactive disposition with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Adherence to company guidelines, standards, and procedures.

Desirable

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles.

  • Knowledge or background in the specific product/service sector of the company.

  • Track record of achieving sales targets or customer service excellence in past roles.
